What ingredients are used in Belmoun Body Oils and Body Polishes?
Our Body Oils are made with a nourishing blend of coconut oil, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, sunflower oil and Vitamin E. These oils help nourish and moisturize the skin while leaving it soft and beautifully scented.
Our Body Polishes are formulated to gently exfoliate the skin while leaving it feeling soft, smooth and moisturized. We recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page for the most accurate information.
Are Belmoun products cruelty-free?
Belmoun does not test its products on animals. Our products are tested on humans, not animals.
However, Belmoun does not currently hold an official cruelty-free certification, so we do not claim to be a certified cruelty-free brand.
Do Belmoun products contain parabens?
Our products are formulated without parabens.
Body oil vs Body lotion ?
Body oils and body lotions work differently and they can actually work beautifully together.
A Body Lotion is water-based and helps hydrate the skin by replenishing moisture. A Body Oil, on the other hand, helps seal in that moisture, creating a nourishing layer that leaves the skin feeling soft, smooth and supple while helping prevent moisture from escaping.
You don’t have to choose between the two. For an extra nourishing ritual, apply your favorite body lotion first, then follow with your Belmoun Body Oil. You can also blend a few drops of the oil into your lotion in the palm of your hand before applying.
Think of it this way: your lotion brings moisture to the skin, while your body oil helps lock it in. Together, they leave your skin feeling deeply moisturized, nourished and beautifully soft.
Can I use a Body Oil every day?
Yes! Belmoun Body Oils can be incorporated into your daily body care routine.
For best results, apply your Body Oil after showering, preferably while your skin is still slightly damp. This helps leave the skin feeling soft, nourished and moisturized.
You can also use it whenever your skin needs an extra boost of moisture and hydratation with your favorite lotion .
How do I use a Body Polish?
Apply a small amount to wet skin in the shower and gently massage it over your body using circular motions.
Rinse thoroughly and follow with a Body Oil or your favorite moisturizer to keep your skin feeling soft and nourished.
For best results, avoid scrubbing too aggressively and focus on areas that tend to feel rough or dry.
What is the difference between a Body Polish and a Body Scrub?
Both products help exfoliate the skin, but they offer a different experience.
A Body Polish is a softer, more indulgent exfoliating product designed to gently remove dead skin cells while cleansing and leaving the skin feeling soft and smooth. Belmoun Body Polishes are especially perfect for turning your shower into a fragrant self-care moment.
A Body Scrub provides a more traditional physical exfoliation and is ideal when you want to focus on smoothing rough or uneven areas of the skin.
The best choice depends on your skin and the type of exfoliation experience you prefer.
How long does the fragrance last on the skin?
Fragrance longevity can vary from person to person depending on skin type, environment, application and the products used underneath.
For a longer-lasting scented routine, we recommend layering your products: Body Polish → Body Oil → Perfume.
Applying your Body Oil to slightly damp skin and layering it with your favorite fragrance can help create a richer and more noticeable scent experience.
Are Belmoun products heavily scented?
Our products are intentionally scented and designed to make your body care routine smell amazing. The products are not heavily scented and the smell last longer.
